This half sleeve was started a year ago at Tried n True Tattoo in CA, and I just got a chance to work on it again and pretty much finish the outside part you see here. The inside portion turns into a still unfinished rework of some older biomech that the client had. The idea for this was to represent human suffering and misery. The rework will soon be finished and then the whole thing expanded into a full sleeve, which will be updated here in the coming months.
