This is definitely one of my favorite tattoos I've ever done...yet another animal rights piece; this time, focusing on the cruel and often unnecessary practices of animal testing and vivisection. This wonderful client let me do whatever I wanted with this theme in exchange for me letting her trade me for the tattoo in loads of home-cooked vegan food which kept me fed until her next sitting came around... well anyways, the animals here are enclosed by torturous machinery, and empty glowing TVs to symbolize mindless consumerism. The small frog and human arms tattoo was pre-existing, so I incorporated it by turning it into an image on one of the TV screens.
