Yes, that can really does say "Pickle Balls". No, I'm not going to explain why, just because it's more amusing to me that way. However, I will say that Sucka J is an unstoppable force not to be fucked with--dude flew in from Florida and sat for 7 straight hours for this piece on his ribs, which extends almost from hip bone to armpit.
