Not for nothing, but it seems that you copy the Galaxie geometry. Binders, vise, coil mount are are exactly the same. I have one in my hand right now

Geometry is pretty much standardized.. there are a handful of configs that work well and they were all concieved before i was born. And its not like hes using aluminum to lighten the weight or anything, they are as heavy as most iron machines. The only way you could qualify a statement like that is to buy a machine and measure it, even then so what ?

Hi

The geometry CAN NOT be same as galaxie...because of the coils size..
If you want to build machine you must make your geometry with your coils..so geometry is different ...

Frame metarial code is different ..
Coils are different ...warps are different...Capacitors are different..wire are different..

I am not a coppier...

But you are right about post..it seem like FKI ,i ll chenge that.(i talked with Gaston about that)

Best Regards..

I've held about a dozen machines next to eachother by different builders which all seem to the same geometry just different side plates. Most of pulses machines including the liners have the same geometry. Work horse seems to have the most variety for there machines actually being different from eachother.

Hi,

Thanks Hendricksontattoo,

Greeting from Turkey, artist friends..My name is Onur Yucel.I am a tattoo artist in Turkey and Volkan is my friend. I initially want to mention that I am a fan of fk irons and I use neuma tattoo machines.I use for virons conventions. In Tukey it is very difficult for us to obtain devices such as fk irons due to the problems in the customs. My friend, Volkan`s getting into this business and producing ta device is because of this..Volkan did not get into this to get high financial profit. His real aim is to produce machines which are qualified and light for other tattoo artist as well. These instruments are not bad copies of fk irons and they cant be rivals with fk irons either due to their limited production oportunities.I believe that you should suppor such a hardworking and resourceful person.congratulations for my friend Volkan

In the machine making world almost everything is borrowed and few things are owned. Its almost all fair game imo..with the exception of directly copying a frame design. The other thing to consider along those lines is that there is a somewhat limited number of ways to design a sideplate when your considering ideal function and weight distribution..so we see certain general shapes emerge often, with slight variations.

There should be lots and lots of really good and very artistic craftsmen availabe due to the manufacture of local jewellery that has gone on in Turkey for ever. Handy for making tattoo frames. So lucky you plus there are lots and lots of different types of material available as well. It has been quite a few years since I was in Turkey (Istanbul) so don't know much about recent ongoings. But tell me about the actual tattooing - and I don'w want to talk at all about religion or politics - but in this case it is a little different and I thought that it was not allowed for a Muslim to have tattoos?

Hi
We are trying to do something for skin art...But we have many problem about supplies. When you are tattooing with handmade machines..we were work with chineise supply..
So, if we want to upgrade our selves...we must do something about that problem..
Now i am building my machines...I can not tell you what i feel when i am tattooing with my own made machines..

Thanks Everyone..

Volkan
