infinite irons

Posted by minamismud on 07/27/09

has anyone tried infinite irons "the wrecking machine?" its a cutback style machine and i was thinking of picking it up for black and grey work. i know joey makes awesome machines (i currently own 2 ) but i was just curious if anyone has tried it. ive never used a cutback shader for black and grey but i think im gonna give it a whirl.

i have a pair of the wrecking machines and I love em. I crank em up pretty fast for my style, but they dont give me any problems. they are a versatile enough machine that you can run em at real ow volts for smooth shading, and crank them up for solid color. I cant say enough good things about those machines. they are great for someone with a fast hand...and the cutback shader does much smoother blending than any of my more "traditional" machines.

thanks for the info. yeah what i plan to do is set it up to run fast and soft with a short stroke for my black and grey. this is quite the opposite of my normal setup for black and grey but i have been thinkin about it and i believe i could be much more productive with a faster B/G machine

Just got a liner from Joey at Infinite. Great great liner. I love it. I got the Tattooer. Does anyone have any experience with his traditional shading machines? I am thinking about picking one up. Thanks!! Let me know how the wrecking machine runs if you pick it up.
