Arm Rests?

I've been looking for a good sturdy portable arm rest for a while now considering the locking mechanism on the cheap one at the shop just broke and now I'm stuck with one I can't angle or anything. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the Rest Stuff Armrest (Mike Devries's site) or the tatsoul armrest.

The Rest Stuff Armrest is a lot cheaper and it's really light--great for portability--but I'm kinda worried it won't be strong/sturdy enough or I'll get stuck with another one with cheap parts, but with the economy the way it is I'd rather not spend any unnecessary money. If anyone has any opinions or any other options I'd be happy to hear some.

Thanks everyone.

Nikkos armrest seems pretty costly at 250 not saying it is not nice just costly...
Mike devries arm rest is pretty nice and a bit more reasonable priced at 120

I have one I made myself out of a cymbal stand and a a pad from a weight bench - I know I know but it works great and I did not want to wait for one in the mail and after building it I found it has worked great.

I have the tatsoul armrest and love it. the ball mechanism is very versatile. they are a little on the more expensive side but made to be heavy duty.

The tatsoul rest is pretty heavy though right? Has it been an annoyance traveling with it at all?

not to the point it is annoying. it's just a little more heavier, nothing a grown man can't handle. i think it's better than the other ones out there imo. that patent pending ball joint mechanism is cool man.
