Sailor Girl (Detail)
This is the outer bicep portion of the sleeve. My goals with the shipwrecked sailor girl were to make her look distressed and pouty, cold and shivering, and very tan from all that time at sea...hopefully the point gets across. This was the original idea and piece we started with, that eventually turned into the full sleeve.
