Matt trusted me to interpret a pair of Vincent Van Gogh paintings within the visual language of tattoo, to arrive at a clean, readable hybrid of brush strokes and clearly defined shapes that will have good longevity. Van Gogh was a master of color who broke new ground at the time with his application, and making this homage was a lot of fun.
